Corvin Technology Park

The building is in the eastern block of the Corvin Quarter, adjacent to the Nokia Tower.

In the planning of this Class A office building – as with the Nokia Tower – we made sure the facility was fitted with enhanced electricity capacity and a dual power supply to ensure there is never any downtime, a vital factor for technology companies. Included in the experience we have gained during previous developments is the tailor-made design of R&D laboratories according to the particular needs of our clients, something we are happy to provide whenever required by our tenants.

The open-air spaces will provide pedestrian access to the promenade, meaning the office building perfectly integrates into the fabric of the city. Another important design factor is the building of green spaces, with a large roof terrace and an interior garden on the building’s ground floor. Like most of our office buildings, the Corvin Technology Park is BREEAM certified.
