First tenants can move in the first quarter of the next year. The construction of the second phase is also in progress according to plan, and it will reach its highest point this summer.<\/p>\n<p>UniCredit Bank will provide \u20ac45 million and \u20ac34,5 million in loans to the company for the realization and operation of the first and second phases of Corvin Innovation Campus for 9 years. The new-generation building is being developed under Futureal\u2019s Stay Safe initiative. The first phase of the nine-story complex will provide 16,650 sqm of GLA, while the second has 14,310 sqm of GLA near Corvin Promenade.<\/p>\n<p>Corvin Innovation Campus will be operated according to
