The extensive portfolio can meet all housing market needs, from investments and greenbelt properties to luxury penthouses. Additionally, Cordia continues the development of the Sasad Resort in Buda and the fifth phase of the Thermal Zugl\u00f3 project in District 14.<\/p>\n<p>From an investment standpoint, real estate can be highly profitable. For example, there is a potential gross return of HUF 16 million on an initial investment of HUF 20 million.
