Cordia Blackswan\u00a0has acquired a former bank building in Birmingham\u2019s Jewellery Quarter which will become the company\u2019s UK headquarters.<\/p>\n
The property developer is set to refurbish and move into\u00a022A Great Hampton Street, a former branch of Lloyds bank.<\/p>\n
The historical building will be home to Cordia Blackswan and also offer modern office and co-working spaces.<\/p>\n
The approximately 15,000 sq ft complex will host six office suites, along with the former banking hall being transformed into a community working area.<\/p>\n
It also features an underground vault from its time as a bank, that Cordia Blackswan plans to incorporate into the renovation.<\/p>\n
