Ez az \u00e9v j\u00f3l indult, hiszen a Futureal-csoport fejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9ben megval\u00f3sult Skypark az OTP Prime Ingatlan Befektet\u00e9si Alap tulajdon\u00e1ba ker\u00fclt, a tranzakci\u00f3 \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9t nem hozt\u00e1k nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1gra. Fut\u00f3 G\u00e1bor, a Futureal alap\u00edt\u00f3 tulajdonosa az \u00fcgyletet \u201em\u00e9rf\u00f6ldk\u0151nek\u201d nevezte. <\/p>\n<p>A helyzet azonban nem teljesen egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171.
