Marina City
We have launched a unique development project in Budapest, on the northern bank of the Danube. Within the framework of our new, large-scale and long-term project, we are building the city of the future. This project will revive the formerly abandoned industrial area as a green oasis just a stone’s throw away from the city centre. Marina City will be realised on 14 hectares, embraced by a vast, 9-hectare landscaped, car-free green area, with 1,200 meters of direct waterfront and a riverside promenade. Outstanding energy-efficient, A+2023 classified residential buildings will be constructed in the area with unparalleled service environment and infrastructure, in airy layouts, with façade distances of up to 50 metres. The apartments, rated A+ and A++, offer eternal panoramas of the Danube and the Buda hills, and due to the direct metro connection, the city centre is only 15 minutes away. Within the Marina City area, a kindergarten and a community clubhouse will also be built, as well as housing fitness and wellness centres and coworking office space.
