Mott Street & Nightingale is a landmark regeneration project by Cordia located at the northeastern edge of Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter. The development will deliver 179 stylish Build to Rent apartments.

Built across the restored Nightingale Warehouse and two contemporary new-builds. the project combines the area’s industrial heritage with modern design and comfort. Sustainable living at its best
Sustainability is at the heart of the project. Each apartment will achieve at least an EPC B rating, powered by Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) that provide a low-carbon, efficient solution for heating and hot water. The buildings will also feature an extensive photovoltaic (PV) array across their roofs, capable of producing up to 2kWp per apartment. This renewable energy system will significantly reduce carbon emissions and contribute to lower operational costs for residents.
