Budapest ONE phase 3

Following the outstanding market success of the first phase, the second and third phases completing the iconic Budapest ONE office building were delivered simultaneously. The development resulted in a sustainable and energy-efficient office complex of more than 66,000 sqm in total, located in Őrmező at Hungary’s largest transportation hub. Positioned at the intersection of Metro Line 4, Kelenföld Railway Station and the capital’s inbound section of the M1–M7 motorways, the complex can be reached directly from the city centre in just 10 minutes.

Budapest ONE offers 2,500 sqm of landscaped green areas and 3,500 sqm of retail and service space. In addition, the full range of Etele Plaza, also developed by Futureal is within walking distance for office employees.

The 19,000 sqm third phase, optimally accessible from Boldizsár Street, seamlessly integrates into the signature wave-like form of Budapest ONE. It was developed in accordance with the requirements of BREEAM Excellent sustainability certification and WELL Building Platinum human-focused certification. At Budapest ONE, intelligent building management systems ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical and electrical equipment come as standard, alongside low-carbon and energy-efficient heating and cooling technologies.

With the completion of the final two phases, a nearly 500-metre panoramic rooftop running track reached its full circular form atop the complex, offering one of Budapest’s most spectacular panoramic running experiences for those working in the building.

Together with the honeycomb-inspired smart parking garage built in the immediate vicinity of the office building, Budapest ONE provides more than 1,200 parking spaces for those arriving by car. Electric charging stations are available for hybrid and electric vehicles, as well as for electric bicycles and scooters. The Parkl app makes parking easier by displaying the number of available spaces and guiding drivers directly to the appropriate spot.
