The iconic, sustainable and energy-efficient office building with a total area of more than 66,000 m2is located in Őrmező, Hungary’s largest transportation hub. The complex offering a complete panoramic view of Buda includes 3,500 m2 of commercial and service area and is complemented by 2,500 m2 of green space. Budapest ONE is situated at the intersection of metro line 4, Kelenföld railway station, and the M1-M7 motorways. The complex can be reached from the city centre within 10 minutes by direct lines. The outstanding office building was one of the first in Hungary to receive the international WELL Building Platinum pre-certification, and the first phase was the first in the country to receive the highest Platinum certification from WELL. The development earned the international WELL Health-Safety certification for safe operation. The second and third phases of the building also received the environmentally friendly BREEAM Excellent Design Stage certification for sustainable buildings.
Together with the smart car park, built in the immediate vicinity of the office building, Budapest ONE offers more than 1,200 parking spaces for cars, including electric chargers for hybrid and electric cars, as well as electric bikes and scooters. In the car park, the Parkl app makes parking easier, indicating the number of available spaces and navigating the driver to the right spot.
