With a south-lying, sun-kissed facade, the Cordia Sun Resort is the sunniest building on the Corvin Promenade.

The unique, retracted solution of the exterior provides an unusual feeling of space in the middle of the city centre. The rendering of the facade from natural materials (limestone, wood, coloured glass) and the balconies and loggias facing onto the promenade further enhance its special appearance.
