Corvin Garantiqa Tower

The Corvin Garantiqa Tower is one of the four independent office towers built as part of the second phase of the Corvin Quarter office development. The central reception area is located adjacent to the main entrance of Corvin Plaza, while transport links are barely three minutes’ walk away, making it one of the most easily-accessible office buildings in the Corvin Quarter.

This office building features unique architectural solutions and an uncluttered facade, developed to meet the needs of the Garantiqa Hitelgarancia insurance company.

From 2016, the building’s second floor also houses the high-tech showroom of Cordia, the Futureal Group’s residential property development partner.

We are proud of the fact that each individual tower of the Corvin Towers construction has received the highest classification from the BREEAM rating system.
