Corvin Technology Park 2
This building constitutes the worthy continuation of Phase 1 of Corvin Technology Park. The futuristic office complex is located in the eastern block of the Corvin Quarter, opposite Nokia Skypark. Just like Phase 1, Phase 2 features a range of cutting-edge, environmentally friendly technological solutions, while it will have a gross leasable area of 13,000 m2.
The street-facing facade of the BREEAM-recognised Corvin Technology park has been designed with a unique weave-like structure. The block-like masses are divided by a 1,000 m2 glass wall, situated in the inner courtyard above the entrance lobbies. In this way, the building complex forms a stylish and visually striking space that forms a connection between Szigony Street and the Corvin Promenade. The office building is in line with the style of previously built office buildings on the promenade while retaining some unique characteristics of its own.
Corvin Technology Park has a total space of 27,000 m2 and has been designed to meet the expectations of the digital age. This category A office building was designed and is operated according to the WELL Building Standard certification system to ensure it has a positive impact on the well-being and health of the people that work there.
