High Street Retail Portfolio
Futureal has a retail profile including businesses of varying size and profile in Budapest and various large towns and cities outside the capital. The portfolio includes 50-600 m2 businesses and entertainment units in busy locations, primarily close to tourist sights (on Váci utca in Budapest, next to Tihany Abbey, on Siófok’s main high street).
The majority of retail units are let on long-term leases.
We currently have vacant retail units for sale or available for affordable leasing in the Corvin Quarter, the newly-built area in Budapest’s eighth district.
