The second and third phases of the Budapest One office park, which is being developed by Futureal, have reached their highest point.
Budapest One will house both Vodafone’s new headquarters and BT’s regional service centre. The 25,000 sqm first phase was completed in early 2020, while the next two, which are being constructed simultaneously, will add 40,000 sqm office space to the complex, along with 3,500 sqm of retail and services and 2,500 sqm of green space. Tenants will be able to move in to the new phases in H2 2022.

The office complex is situated off the junction of the M1 and M7 roads, close to Kelenföld train station in south Buda.
