Futureal Energy Partners commissions five energy storage systems in Hungary
FEH Solar One, a subsidiary of Futureal Energy Partners, commissioned five energy storage systems across HelloParks logistics facilities in Maglód, Fót and Páty, the company announced to MTI. The industrial developer HelloParks is part of the Futureal Group.
The investment provides a combined capacity of 4 megawatts (MW) and 8 megawatt-hours (MWh). The total project cost reached 1.665 billion forints (4,57 million euros), supported by 536.29 million forints (1,47 million euros) in non-repayable European Union grants.
The new units match local electricity consumption with on-site solar generation. Helloparks relies entirely on renewable energy sources to power its facilities. The storage systems reduce peak grid loads and enhance overall energy efficiency across the parks, according to the company.
The installation comprises three 1 MW systems with 2 MWh of capacity alongside two 0.5 MW systems with 1 MWh of capacity. FEH Solar One managed the full development cycle from design and procurement to grid integration and operational accreditation.
Futureal Energy Partners has recently entered the Baltic market.
