Corvin Innovation Campus is the next chapter of Corvin Promenade’s success story. The office complex with a groundbreaking design will basically extend the well-known promenade. The first phase of the nine-storey complex will provide 15,800 sq m of GLA, while the second has 13,800 sq m of GLA.

The almost completely contactless office building surrounded by renovated and green public space will transform the look of Szigony street and its neighborhood. The project’s horizontal ledge system divides the facades, while its dynamic lamella system is giving the complex a playful presence.

Corvin Innovation Campus has received internationally recognized certifications. In addition to its BREEAM Excellent and WELL Platinum ratings, the development achieved WELL Core & Shell Platinum Performance certification in 2025. The project reached an 80% GRESB score in 2025 and holds Access4You Gold certification, confirming its accessible and user-friendly design. The building is also aligned with EU Taxonomy requirements.

The office complex has been designed to meet the expectations of the digital age, while a huge emphasis will be put on creating a green environment. From the main lobby there is a direct access to a 3000 m² inner garden functioning as a social space for employees. An increased number of bicycle storage spaces as well as separated showers and lockers will also be available.
